Job Summary / Purpose / Role Intent
Perform maintenance and operations activities within the assigned area, ensuring quality and continuity of services in line with set KPIs and within budgeted costs. Execute and follow up network extensions. Detect and provide warnings about dysfunctions of network elements.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to equipment faults logged through the trouble ticket (TT) system in compliance with corrective maintenance KPIs.
- Perform preventive routine maintenance to ensure consistent equipment and environment health checks.
- Work in coordination with Support and NMC teams while analyzing fault incidents to ensure accurate and timely correction; confirm and communicate clears as necessary.
- Propose improvement actions for the network structure.
- Accurately carry out the preventive maintenance program and report on the same.
- Jointly perform new site commissioning tests with equipment vendors and accept only links/sites that meet the criteria set in engineering standards and equipment factory specifications.
- Compile and submit reports on all maintenance‑related matters and attend daily evaluation meetings.
- Establish and show cause of link failure by completing the Reason for Outage (RCA) form and produce evidence when demanded.

Qualifications – Academic and Professional
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication
- Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt
- CCNA Certification
- Valid Driving License
Experience
Two years’ experience in transmission network maintenance.
