- This role is for a marketer who understands that growth is not about activity it’s about impact.
What you’ll do:
- Build and drive qualified pipelines
- Own the full marketing funnel – from awareness to conversion
- Align closely with Sales & Business Development teams
- Use data and insights to optimize performance and ROI
Requirements:
- 8–10 years in Growth/Commercial Marketing
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in B2B marketing and demand generation
- Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics
- Data-driven with a commercial mindset
- Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
