Guide Homes Real Estate LLC is currently looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join its expanding real estate team based in Business Bay, Dubai.
The company is seeking a motivated design professional with strong creative abilities and experience in developing high-quality marketing materials for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing visuals, and property advertising while maintaining consistency across all company platforms.
This role is suitable for individuals who are passionate about visual storytelling, creative design, and building impactful marketing campaigns within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design professional brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and property advertisements
• Develop creative marketing materials for both digital and print campaigns
• Create engaging social media graphics, promotional visuals, and branding content
• Edit, retouch, and enhance property images and promotional materials
• Ensure consistency in branding across all company marketing channels
• Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements
• Support branding and promotional activities with creative design solutions
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and creative concepts
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
• Previous real estate industry experience is mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar design software
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing, branding, and creative design work
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Creative thinking skills with strong communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong understanding of visual branding and marketing design concepts
