Graphics & Packaging Designer

Rasasi Imtiyaz Group is seeking a talented and highly creative Graphics & Packaging Designer to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for designers with proven experience in the perfume and fragrance industry who have a passion for luxury branding, premium packaging, and visually compelling marketing materials.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts, packaging designs, advertising campaigns, and production-ready artwork while ensuring every design reflects the brand’s premium identity. Candidates with an impressive portfolio showcasing perfume packaging, branding, and campaign visuals will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design premium packaging concepts and branding materials for perfume and fragrance products.

• Develop production-ready artwork and print files for packaging projects.

• Create posters, advertisements, campaign visuals, promotional materials, and social media creatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative visual concepts from initial idea to final execution.

• Ensure designs meet luxury brand standards and production requirements.

• Coordinate with printing and production teams regarding packaging materials, finishes, and printing techniques.

• Utilize AI-assisted creative tools to produce high-quality campaign visuals and advertising content.

• Maintain consistency across all branding and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in perfume or fragrance graphic and packaging design.

• Strong expertise in packaging concepts, branding, artwork development, and print-ready file preparation.

• Experience creating advertising materials, campaign visuals, posters, and social media content.

• Good knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, special finishes, and production processes.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Experience using professional AI-assisted creative tools is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and luxury visual presentation.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects from concept through final execution.

• A strong portfolio showcasing perfume packaging, branding, advertising campaigns, and creative design work is highly preferred.
