Graphic Designer – Motion & Social Media

Innovations Global is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer specializing in Motion and Social Media content to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing impactful visuals, transforming campaigns into engaging motion content, and creating creative assets for digital platforms.

This role requires strong design skills, experience with motion graphics, and the ability to create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Candidates with Arabic language skills and hands-on photography or videography experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality key visuals, brand assets, and marketing collaterals.

• Adapt existing campaign materials into engaging motion formats.

• Design and animate reels, short-form videos, and social media content.

• Develop 2D animations, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and creative transitions.

• Use AI-powered creative tools to improve design quality and workflow efficiency.

• Create visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.

• Support content creation for campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and social media content creation.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and animation skills.

• Knowledge of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Ability to create engaging visual content for digital campaigns.

• Arabic fluency is preferred.

• Photography and videography experience, especially for events and on-site content coverage, is an advantage.
