Graphic Designer

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Riset Software & Systems Ltd, you will be the person who turns rough ideas, campaign briefs, and product messages into polished visual assets that represent the company professionally across print and digital channels. Your day-to-day work centres on creating posters, advertisements, banners, flyers, and social media graphics that are attractive, on-brand, and built to communicate clearly to the intended audience. This role matters because the visual quality of our output shapes how clients and the wider market perceive us — strong design directly supports our marketing reach and reinforces our credibility as a technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design posters, advertisements, banners, flyers, and social media graphics from briefs, written copy, or early-stage ideas.
• Translate verbal or written direction into original visual concepts, offering creative options rather than simply executing instructions mechanically.
• Apply consistent typography, colour, spacing, and layout principles across every asset so that materials look professional and cohesive.
• Work confidently in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop, selecting the right tool for each type of deliverable.
• Prepare finished artwork in the correct formats, dimensions, and resolutions for both print production and online publication.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from colleagues or clients, iterating until the final output meets the required standard.
• Manage several design requests at once, tracking progress and delivering completed work within agreed deadlines.
• Keep up with current design trends and emerging tools, including AI-assisted design platforms, and apply them to improve the speed and creativity of your output.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW, demonstrated through real project work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proven ability to produce professional posters, adverts, banners, flyers, and social media graphics.
• A portfolio or set of sample designs showing previous work — this is essential and must accompany your application.
• Solid grasp of typography, colour theory, and layout composition, with close attention to detail in finished artwork.
• Working understanding of modern design trends, technologies, and digital publishing formats.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of a design task from brief to final file, and deliver quality results on schedule.
• Experience with modern or AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
• Creative flair combined with the discipline to work within brand guidelines and client requirements.
