This position is the creative engine behind everything our audience sees, delivering polished visual assets that give our brand a consistent, recognizable presence. Your output directly supports campaign performance and shapes how customers perceive the quality and personality of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of promotional materials, including flyers, posters, brochures, banners, packaging, product catalogs, and branded giveaways.
- Produce digital creatives for social media posts, paid ads, email newsletters, and website banners, adapting each layout for the appropriate platform and format.
- Build and edit basic video presentations or motion graphics for product launches, event recaps, and internal communications.
- Protect and enforce brand consistency by applying our visual guidelines to every project, from large campaign assets to small internal notices.
- Prepare all artwork for print production, including color conversion, bleed settings, file formats, and proof checking before sending to external suppliers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to turn rough concepts into finished visuals, ensuring deadlines are met across simultaneous campaigns.
- Source or create custom imagery, icons, and illustrations that strengthen messaging and give each deliverable a distinctive look.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated practical experience in graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio that shows range across both print and digital formats.
- Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with CorelDRAW or Canva for quick-turnaround projects.
- Familiarity with video editing tools or basic animation is a plus, especially for creating short social media clips and presentation inserts.
- Sharp eye for typography, color, layout, and spacing, with a high standard of accuracy in every deliverable.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize deadlines, and adapt creative direction based on feedback from stakeholders.
