Imtiaz Developments is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join its Interior Design department in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading luxury interior design projects, managing design development, and ensuring high-quality delivery from concept stage through construction.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional interior design capabilities. UAE/GCC project experience and knowledge of local regulations will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead interior design projects from concept development through construction completion.
• Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and detailed design solutions.
• Manage project coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure design quality, timelines, and project requirements are achieved.
• Review materials, finishes, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Support project delivery while maintaining luxury design standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements.
• Contribute to design strategies for residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Design Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design or interior architecture.
• Proven experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Experience working with property developers, real estate companies, architectural consultancies, or high-end interior design firms.
• Strong project management skills with experience handling projects from concept to construction.
• UAE/GCC project experience with knowledge of local regulations and authority requirements is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality interior design projects.
• Professional memberships with organizations such as IIDA, CSD, or RIBA are advantageous.
• LEED AP, WELL AP, or other sustainable design certifications are preferred.
• Autodesk Certified Professional certification in AutoCAD/Revit is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Luxury interior design and project delivery
• AutoCAD, Revit, and design documentation
• Sustainable design practices and industry standards
