Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer at Riset Software & Systems Ltd, you will be the person turning briefs, rough ideas, and marketing objectives into polished visual assets that represent the company across print and digital channels. Day to day, that means working with both established design software and newer, faster tools to produce everything from campaign posters and advertising artwork to daily social media content, while keeping every piece on-brand, legible, and visually consistent. Your output directly shapes how clients, partners, and audiences perceive the business, so the role rewards designers who pair creative flair with reliability and craft.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce a steady stream of marketing and promotional materials, including posters, advertisements, banners, flyers, and graphics for social media platforms.
- Interpret written briefs, verbal direction, and early-stage concepts, and translate them into creative, visually engaging design solutions.
- Apply strong typography, colour, and layout principles so that every asset is clear, balanced, and consistent with existing brand styling.
- Prepare artwork in the correct formats and resolutions for both print production and digital/online use.
- Manage several concurrent design requests, prioritising work and delivering finished files within agreed deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders while protecting the visual quality and integrity of the final design.
- Keep current with contemporary design trends, techniques, and emerging design technologies, and bring fresh ideas into your work.
- Organise, name, and maintain design files and reusable assets so projects can be picked up and updated efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW as a primary design tool.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with the ability to move between them as a project requires.
- A proven portfolio or set of sample designs that demonstrates previous work, ideally including posters, adverts, banners, flyers, and social media graphics.
- Solid command of typography, colour theory, and layout composition, with a sharp eye for alignment, hierarchy, and detail.
- Demonstrated professional design experience; relevant training or qualifications in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline are expected, though an outstanding portfolio can demonstrate equivalent ability.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of a brief from concept to final file, and deliver quality output without close supervision.
- Reliable time management and the discipline to meet deadlines in a multi-project environment.
- Experience with modern or AI-assisted design tools — an added advantage for candidates who use them to boost creativity and productivity.
What We Offer / Why Join
This is a genuinely creative role where you will be encouraged to bring and develop your own ideas, work with a mix of traditional design craft and current design technologies, and see your work used across a wide range of real campaigns and materials. If you combine originality with dependable delivery, you will have the scope to shape the visual identity of the company's output.
