Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing global partner strategies for Identity and eGov solutions
  • Building and managing channel partners, system integrators, and technology alliances
  • Driving revenue growth across Africa, MEA, and Southeast Asia
  • Leading business development initiatives in Digital Identity and National ID ecosystems
  • Engaging government agencies, regulators, banks, financial institutions, and fintech stakeholders
  • Managing enterprise sales cycles, negotiations, RFPs, and commercial closures
  • Collaborating with product and pre-sales teams to deliver customized client solutions
  • Representing the organization at international conferences, exhibitions, and industry events

We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven professional with:

  •  8–15 years of experience in international sales or business development
  • Strong expertise in eGov, DPI/DPG, Digital Identity, or National ID ecosystems
  • Exposure to MOSIP implementations and identity platforms
  • Proven experience within Banking, Financial Institutions, and Fintech sectors across Africa
  • Strong networks across Africa and the Middle East
  • Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and partnership development skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multicultural and international environments
