Job Description

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Glaze & Pulp Material Tester to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laboratory testing or manufacturing quality inspection and be able to support accurate testing, inspection, and reporting of raw materials used in production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine daily testing of glaze, pulp, and raw materials used in production.
  • Perform adhesive grout processing, preparation, and fabrication for testing purposes.
  • Carry out on-site material inspection to ensure consistency and compliance with production standards.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory and testing equipment.
  • Implement new testing procedures linked to newly installed inspection equipment.
  • Record test results accurately and prepare clear reports.
  • Identify material defects, variations, and non-conformities and escalate findings.
  • Support production teams by providing timely quality feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and inspection procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry & Analytical Chemistry.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in laboratory testing and material inspection.
  • Basic understanding of industrial testing methods and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to operate laboratory/testing equipment and interpret results.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
