Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Glaze & Pulp Material Tester to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laboratory testing or manufacturing quality inspection and be able to support accurate testing, inspection, and reporting of raw materials used in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine daily testing of glaze, pulp, and raw materials used in production.
- Perform adhesive grout processing, preparation, and fabrication for testing purposes.
- Carry out on-site material inspection to ensure consistency and compliance with production standards.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory and testing equipment.
- Implement new testing procedures linked to newly installed inspection equipment.
- Record test results accurately and prepare clear reports.
- Identify material defects, variations, and non-conformities and escalate findings.
- Support production teams by providing timely quality feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and inspection procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry & Analytical Chemistry.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in laboratory testing and material inspection.
- Basic understanding of industrial testing methods and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to operate laboratory/testing equipment and interpret results.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
