Bloom Business School – FZC UAE is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Cybersecurity Trainer to join its professional training network. This role is ideal for an expert in cybersecurity who is passionate about delivering engaging, high-quality training programs to corporate professionals and online learners.
The selected trainer will be responsible for conducting structured online training sessions, developing course materials, and delivering impactful cybersecurity education aligned with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality cybersecurity training programs to corporate clients and professional learners.
• Conduct engaging online training sessions using virtual learning platforms.
• Develop structured training content, course outlines, and learning objectives.
• Explain cybersecurity concepts clearly, including risk management, threat analysis, and security frameworks.
• Adapt training materials to meet the needs of different corporate audiences.
• Provide real-world examples and case studies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain professional communication with trainees and organizational stakeholders.
• Continuously update training content based on industry trends and cybersecurity advancements.
• Support learners in understanding practical applications of cybersecurity principles.
• Ensure an interactive and engaging virtual learning experience.
Requirements:
• Native English speaker.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity training or related fields.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity domains and concepts.
• Proven experience in delivering online and virtual training sessions.
• Background in conducting corporate-level training programs is highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional skills.
• Ability to create structured training modules and learning materials.
• Comfortable working in a freelance, remote collaboration setup.
