BW Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Fit-out Estimator to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with expertise in interior fit-out estimation who are eager to contribute to exciting and high-quality projects across the UAE.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project requirements, and supporting tender submissions. Candidates with UAE or GCC experience and strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation.
• Analyze project costs and support the tender submission process.
• Coordinate with suppliers and project teams to obtain pricing information.
• Ensure estimates are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Requirements:
• Experience in interior fit-out estimating.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and tender preparation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
