Finance Director

A publicly listed integrated energy and infrastructure group is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead its finance function in Dubai. The organization operates across sectors including petroleum storage, maritime services, and refinery assets, requiring a strong finance leader with extensive corporate and strategic experience.

The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, treasury operations, business planning, audit management, and stakeholder engagement with investors and lenders. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional with experience in listed companies and large-scale infrastructure or energy environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group financial reporting activities and ensure timely preparation of audited financial statements.

• Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, and financial forecasting.

• Develop business plans, budgets, and financial strategies to support organizational growth.

• Oversee internal and external audit processes and maintain strong governance standards.

• Manage relationships with capital market stakeholders, lenders, and financial institutions.

• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles.

• Proven experience working with listed companies, preferably DFM/ADX or equivalent markets.

• CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

• Experience in energy, infrastructure, petroleum, or maritime sectors is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Group financial reporting, audited financial statements, and corporate governance

    • Treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and business planning

    • Capital markets, lender engagement, Sukuk, and project finance
