Role Overview
We are seeking three energetic, highly mobile Field Sales Executives to drive market penetration for our leading portfolio of premium tiles, sanitary ware, taps, and architectural finishes. Your primary mandate is to execute intensive route prospecting, utilizing a company-provided motorcycle to directly engage decision-makers at construction hubs and commercial project sites. This position uniquely blends hands-on field canvas cycles with digital showroom consulting; you will pitch directly from a webstore tablet, moving developers and site managers from initial inquiry to closed corporate transactions. The role calls for an agile territory hunter who can comfortably navigate active build environments, manage independent routes, and consistently smash high-volume monthly sales goals.
Scope of Responsibilities
Field Acquisition & Site Canvas

Systematically map and visit active residential and commercial construction sites within your territory to pitch our comprehensive building solutions catalogue.

Target, establish contact, and foster strong commercial pipelines with general contractors, real estate developers, site foremen (fundis), and property owners.

Leverage a company-issued tablet and interactive webstore application to conduct live, high-impact product showcases directly on-site.

Generate immediate leads, structure formal pricing quotations, and execute persistent follow-ups to maximize conversion percentages.
Operational Structure & In-Store Synergy

Maintain an active field footprint four (4) days per week, transitioning to in-store retail sales support for two (2) days per week.

Log accurate daily records detailing site visits, fresh leads acquired, ongoing interactions, and localized market demand signals.

Sync closely with internal branch inventory and logistics teams to guarantee prompt order fulfillment and fluid post-sale customer support.

Monitor competitor pricing adjustments, newly introduced product ranges, and emerging architectural trends in your zone.
Fleet Care & Asset Protection

Ensure the safe, lawful, and responsible operation of the company-allocated motorcycle during all field movements.

Wear mandatory company safety gear and maintain tracking-unit protocols to guarantee total adherence to transit rules.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum Entry Criteria

Professional Experience: Proven track record in retail sales, active field canvassing, or standard business development—ideally within construction materials, hardware, tiles, or plumbing fixtures.

Industry Fluency: Familiarity with engaging contractors, real estate builders, or on-site project crews is highly advantageous; basic knowledge of sanitary ware and finishes is a distinct plus.

Transit Compliance: Possession of a valid motorcycle riding license is highly preferred. Experienced riders with exceptional customer service potential who can undergo quick training will also be considered.

Technical Aptitude: Complete comfort utilizing mobile tablet systems and digital catalog systems for client pitches.

Working Conditions

Schedule: 6 days a week (4 days field-based, 2 days in-store support).

Working Hours: Weekdays: 8:00am – 5:00pm | Saturdays: 8:00am – 2:30pm | Selected public holidays: 8:30am – 2:30pm.
