RTA Outdoor Living is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join its remote sales team. This role focuses on inbound virtual consultations with homeowners who are already interested in outdoor kitchen projects. The successful candidate will guide customers through the design and purchasing journey, build strong relationships, and close sales through a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations and customized design demonstrations with homeowners.
• Guide customers through the complete outdoor kitchen design and purchasing process.
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and provide an exceptional buying experience.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Manage personal sales pipeline, schedule, and performance goals.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow established sales processes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales with a history of achieving measurable results.
