Description:
Haier is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Planning Associate to join its team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who have experience in import operations, logistics coordination, and supply chain planning to contribute to efficient business operations.
The successful candidate will support logistics planning activities, manage import processes, coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, and ensure smooth shipment execution. Candidates with strong analytical abilities, ERP knowledge, and experience handling trade documentation are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales and stock performance data to support operational planning and inventory decisions.
• Create, release, and manage purchase orders in coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
• Manage import and trade documentation, including Letter of Credit (LC), Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoice (CI), Packing List (PL), Certificate of Origin (COO), and related documents.
• Monitor logistics budgets, accruals, and payment processes.
• Coordinate with banks, customs clearance teams, freight partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare logistics reports to support business decisions.
Requirements:
• Experience in logistics planning, import operations, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and international trade documentation.
• Excellent follow-up, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
