Position Title: Sales Agents – Electric Motorbikes (Multiple Positions)

Direct Line Reporting: Area Sales Manager

Gross Salary Structure: Kshs. 30,000

Location: Migori, Vihiga, Nyamira, Ugunja, Lower Eastern (Indicate Preferred Area)

Role Overview

We are seeking commercially aggressive and environmentally conscious Sales Agents to champion our high-performance electric motorbikes. Your primary objective is to accelerate market adoption by identifying, educating, and closing retail and commercial buyers within your designated regional hub. This position combines proactive field lead generation with hands-on product demonstration; you will steer prospects from initial test rides and technical product explanations through to final price negotiations and structured handovers. The role demands a self-motivated field operator who understands the local automobile or transport market and can seamlessly turn product benefits into consistent monthly sales volume.

Areas of Accountability

Sales Execution & Lead Acquisition

  • Scout and identify untapped commercial opportunities to expand our regional customer base for electric motorbikes.

  • Generate, track, and qualify field leads through direct outreach, localized asset targeting, transport group networks, and online platforms.

  • Consistently hit or surpass daily engagement quotas and monthly sales benchmarks established by the management team.

Product Demonstrations & Brand Promotions

  • Coordinate and conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, highlighting technical specifications, battery efficiency, and financial advantages.

  • Represent the company at localized market activations, trade exhibitions, and roadshows to maximize asset visibility.

  • Gather local market insights, track competitor movements, and feed field intelligence back to management to refine promotional strategies.

Deal Negotiation & Client Onboarding

  • Navigate pricing discussions, explain payment terms, and manage client objections to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Finalize sales agreements efficiently while upholding exceptional customer service standards during the vehicle handover.

  • Record all client profiles, communications, and pipeline transactions accurately inside the company's reporting frameworks.

Customer Care & Post-Sales Maintenance

  • Cultivate stable, trusting relationships with individual riders and transport operators to encourage referral business.

  • Manage post-purchase customer interactions, coordinating product delivery logistics and resolving complaints or technical questions promptly.

  • Sync regularly with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure client feedback directly informs our local product availability.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Academic Foundation: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in automobile or asset sales, with a clear history of achieving volume targets.

  • Regulatory Requirement: Must possess a valid driving license (possession of a motorbike category endorsement is a distinct advantage).
