Description:
A leading organization in the UAE is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chairman’s Office. This role is best suited for a confident, organized, and proactive individual with a proven track record of working at the executive level.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the Chairman’s complex calendar, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple priorities and time zones. Your role will require strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining strict confidentiality.

You will also be responsible for preparing and documenting minutes of meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups on key decisions and tasks. Managing both domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, will be an essential part of your responsibilities.

The position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders. You should possess a strong personality, high level of discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
