Event Office Coordinator
About the Role
Our client is hiring an experienced Event Office Coordinator to support office operations, client engagement, business development activities, and administrative coordination. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and administrative coordination to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Support lead generation, appointment scheduling, and business development activities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for client and internal use.
- Maintain organized documentation and office management systems.
- Provide executive support as needed, including calendar management and correspondence.
- Deliver strong customer service across all interactions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in office administration or executive support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and documentation management capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
- Business Development Support: Ability to support lead generation, appointment scheduling, and business development activities.
- Document Preparation: Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
