About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive new business acquisition, manage enterprise sales cycles, and build strong relationships with clients in the financial services and insurance sectors. The role focuses on pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, deal closure, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Required
- 3-5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, Insurance, or Financial Services sales.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools.
- Additional language skills such as Arabic, French, or Swahili.
