Description:
Al Qadisa is expanding its MEP team for an ongoing luxury villas project in Dubai and is looking for experienced professionals to join its construction operations. The company is seeking skilled candidates with experience in mechanical and electrical MEP works.
Available positions include Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Foreman, and Electrical Foreman specializing in HVAC, plumbing, ELV, BMS, and home automation systems.
Candidates with UAE construction experience, luxury villa project exposure, and immediate availability will be preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to work on high-quality MEP projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support MEP construction activities according to project requirements.
• Coordinate mechanical works including HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Handle electrical works related to ELV, BMS, and home automation systems.
• Supervise site teams and ensure work is completed according to project standards.
• Review technical requirements and coordinate with project teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance during project activities.
Requirements:
• Experience working on MEP construction projects.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Luxury villas project experience is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
