Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage company records, ensure proper filing, and maintain accurate documentation for all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control company documents (electronic & hard copy)
- Track document versions and updates
- Prepare letters, reports, and office documents
- Coordinate with HR, operations, and project teams
- Ensure accuracy, proper filing, and confidentiality of records
- Assist with documentation-related administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in document control or administrative roles preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team
