Warehouse In-Charge

Role Overview

Atlas Medical is seeking a hands-on Warehouse In-Charge to run daily warehouse and distribution activities for its medical supplies operations in Dubai. You will keep goods moving accurately from receipt through storage and dispatch, coordinate transport, and lead the warehouse team while maintaining compliance with UAE requirements for medical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily warehouse workflows, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain reliable stock records and conduct stock checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate freight arrangements, shipment schedules, and delivery-related logistics.
• Manage the full warehouse-to-distribution process, ensuring orders are prepared and released efficiently.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign operational tasks, and support consistent team performance.
• Maintain an orderly, safe warehouse and uphold appropriate handling and storage practices for medical supplies.
• Ensure warehouse and distribution activities follow relevant UAE rules for medical products and supplies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Practical experience in warehouse and logistics operations, including physical handling, packing, and shipment coordination.
• Previous UAE warehouse experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock handling, freight planning, and logistics coordination.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end warehouse and distribution activities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a warehouse operations team.
• Knowledge of UAE requirements relating to medical products and supplies.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, warehouse management, or a related discipline is indicated.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
