Distributor Sales Representative
Are you a dynamic, self-driven individual looking to make an impact in the FMCG industry? We are seeking a motivated Distributor Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads to meet targets and list new brands in the market.
- Ensure efficient operation, including coverage, delivery frequency, drop size (volume sales), and planned route visits.
- Offer efficient customer service; collect and share market intelligence.
- Ensure availability of all products and brands in outlets; reconcile stocks and sales at the end of each day.
- Collect payments to ensure accurate and precise cashless transactions.
- Maintain the assigned tool of work in good condition.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing, or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
- K.C.S.E mean grade D+ and above, with a D (plus) in Mathematics and English.
- Basic computer skills – use of MS Office.
- At least 2 years relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Motorcycle riding license is a MUST.
- Must be a holder of a valid driving license class C.
- Self-disciplined individual with an up-to-date Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Self-organized individual with numeracy skills; proactive, flexible, and a resilient team player.
- High level of integrity and responsibility.

- Gross Salary: 27k–30k
