Description:
A leading beauty salon based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow its online presence. This role is focused on building strong brand visibility, increasing engagement, and driving customer bookings through effective digital marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing engaging social media campaigns, optimizing paid advertising, and collaborating on promotional activities. This position requires a strong creative mindset, an understanding of beauty industry trends, and the ability to deliver measurable marketing results. The role is open to female candidates only, in line with the salon’s operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Grow audience engagement, followers, and bookings through targeted campaigns.
• Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta/Instagram).
• Collaborate on promotions, influencer partnerships, and seasonal marketing offers.
• Track performance metrics and convert insights into actionable improvements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media marketing.
• Prior experience in beauty salons, clinics, or wellness industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, trends, and conversion-driven content.
• Must be based in Dubai and available for on-site work.
