Job Overview
Delta Institutions is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Mentor to deliver interactive offline training sessions in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in performance marketing who are passionate about mentoring and helping students develop hands-on, industry-ready digital marketing skills. You will guide learners through real-world strategies, share best practices, and foster an engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver offline digital marketing training sessions to students in a structured, practical manner.
- Mentor learners using real-world marketing strategies, case studies, and best practices.
- Provide guidance on performance marketing campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Support students in developing core digital marketing skills and industry knowledge.
- Encourage an engaging, interactive, and collaborative learning environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Technical Expertise:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – campaign creation, optimization, and analysis.
- Google Ads – search, display, video, and shopping campaigns.
- SEO, WordPress, Social Media Management, and Google Analytics – strong working knowledge.
- Training Skills: Confidence in delivering training and mentoring students with practical insights.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
