Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the operational execution of Hope Media’s digital marketing initiatives across web, social media, OTT, and mobile platforms. The Digital Marketing Executive ensures campaigns are implemented efficiently, monitored for performance, and optimized to drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and digital revenue growth. The Digital Marketing Executive ensures all activities uphold Hope Media’s Christian values, brand integrity, and ministry objectives while supporting the strategic goals of Hope Media.

 This position reports to Brand and Marketing Lead.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day digital marketing campaigns across web, social media, OTT, and mobile platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and optimize for engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns including SEO, SEM, social, and display advertising.
  • Support digital revenue initiatives, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve digital reach and impact.
  • Coordinate with content and production teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand messaging.
  • Manage social media engagement, monitor audience feedback, and respond to online interactions.
  • Support influencer collaborations, branding and digital storytelling aligned with the organization’s mission.
  • Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and innovations to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated and impactful campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting reputation management.

Requirements

  • Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a Diploma with professional certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or e-commerce
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or campaign execution, preferably in media.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, marketing trends, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Strong operational, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Experience in implementing campaigns across multiple digital platforms and tracking performance metrics.
  • Exposure to digital revenue, lead generation, or conversion optimization is advantageous.
  • Innovative, results-oriented, and adaptable to emerging digital trends such as AI-driven marketing and social commerce.
  • Experience in digital marketing and brand management within broadcast media environment is an added advantage.
