You will own the digital lifecycle—from conceptualizing cross-platform campaigns and managing social communities to analyzing performance metrics and scaling paid ads. Key Workstreams
Social Strategy & Platform Governance

Architect and manage the brand’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to ensure consistent growth.

Curate and schedule high-impact posts that resonate with our target audience while maintaining brand integrity.

Act as the voice of the brand by responding to inquiries and engaging with online communities in real-time.

Monitor social sentiment and provide actionable insights to refine our digital approach.
Creative Production & Content Lifecycle

Develop compelling visual and written assets, including graphics, captions, and short-form video content.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all creative output aligns with the overarching brand tone and objectives.

Utilize design tools to produce professional-grade campaign materials that stop the scroll.

Identify emerging digital trends and adapt them creatively to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Performance Marketing & Analytics

Execute and manage paid advertising budgets across Meta Business Suite and Google Ads to maximize ROI.

Utilize analytics dashboards and tools (such as Google Analytics) to track and interpret campaign data.

Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing engagement metrics, conversion rates, and growth opportunities.

Continuous A/B testing of ad copy and visuals to optimize performance and reduce acquisition costs.
Expertise Profile
The Essentials

Education: Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Domain Expertise: At least 3+ years of professional experience in a dedicated digital marketing role.

Technical Toolkit: Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling software. (Adobe Suite skills are a plus).

Ad Management: Proven experience in running and optimizing paid social media and search advertisements.
