Qualifications

  • Diploma in a business related field.
  • At least 1 Year of working Experience.
  • Exposure in a customer service, sales/credit control or call centre environment is an added advantage.

Key Skills

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong customer engagement & relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS office,excel & word with proficiensy in using collection system.
  • Commission based salary of upto 25% of Collected Revenue.
