Description:

OptimaGeeks is currently hiring a motivated and performance-driven CRM Sales & Marketing Executive to join its Dubai team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in software or service-based product sales. The position focuses on driving business growth, managing client relationships, and generating qualified leads within a competitive IT and software industry environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales pipeline, executing marketing strategies, and contributing to overall revenue growth through effective CRM utilization and client engagement. Only candidates currently based in Dubai will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through various sales and marketing channels

• Promote and sell software products and services to potential clients

• Manage client relationships and maintain long-term business engagement

• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-ups

• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

• Support marketing campaigns and contribute to business development strategies

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles is required

• Proven background in software product or service sales is preferred

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to generate leads, manage clients, and close deals effectively

• CRM knowledge will be considered an added advantage

• Must currently be residing in Dubai, UAE

• Energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven personality
