Description:
A private VVIP household in Al Khawaneej, Dubai is looking for dedicated culinary professionals to join its kitchen team. Multiple opportunities are available for experienced Commis Chefs, Chef de Parties (CDP), and Sous Chefs who are passionate about preparing high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional food safety standards.
The selected candidates will work in a professional private household environment, following established operating procedures and maintaining high standards of hygiene. Both live-in and live-out options are available, along with benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals according to assigned responsibilities and quality standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and complete daily kitchen checklists.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Assist with food preparation, storage, and inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in fine dining, hospitality, or private household service is preferred.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Food Safety standards
• Hygiene and sanitation practices
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
