Ribambelle Dubai is expanding its hospitality team and is looking for experienced professionals to join its restaurant operations at Bluewaters, Dubai. The opportunity is suitable for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium dining environment.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience in quality restaurants or international hospitality, excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to provide outstanding service while working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests while providing a professional and friendly dining experience.
• Deliver high-quality customer service according to restaurant standards.
• Take guest orders accurately and coordinate with service and kitchen teams.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and concerns professionally.
• Maintain proper table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Support smooth restaurant operations during busy service periods.
• Assist with guest seating arrangements and front-of-house coordination.
• Build positive relationships with guests and contribute to an exceptional hospitality experience.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in quality restaurants or international hospitality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Russian speakers are highly preferred, especially for the Head Hostess position.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Guest service standards.
• Restaurant operations.
• Front-of-house coordination.
• Well-presented, confident, and guest-focused personality.
