Description:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to become part of our expanding team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences while leading restaurant operations with confidence and professionalism.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day restaurant activities, supervise and motivate team members, maintain excellent service standards, and contribute to the restaurant’s overall operational success and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and seamless service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve high performance.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, customer service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, operational costs, and overall business performance.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure effective manpower planning.
• Coordinate closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety regulations and operational standards.
• Support business growth by driving sales, promoting upselling opportunities, and improving profitability.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and service excellence.
• Customer-focused mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• POS systems.
• Inventory management.
• Cost control practices.
• Previous hospitality experience in the UAE is preferred.
