LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Engineer to join its team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for cloud professionals who are passionate about building secure, scalable, and highly available cloud platforms while driving enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, automating, and managing cloud infrastructure, implementing security best practices, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise cloud platform services.
• Automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
• Implement cloud security, governance, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud platform performance and availability.
• Support cloud networking, observability, logging, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and reliable cloud solutions.
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Proficiency with Terraform, Bicep, or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with automation and scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and cloud networking.
• Experience implementing IAM, RBAC, cloud security controls, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Kubernetes and container platform experience is highly preferred.
• Azure, AWS, or Terraform certifications will be considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI cloud platforms.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) and automation.
• Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, cloud networking, security, and observability.
