Description:
Dream Space Building Contracting LLC is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Foreman to become part of their growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in UAE construction projects and possess strong leadership abilities to manage site activities effectively.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating with workers, and ensuring that construction tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage construction site activities on a daily basis
• Supervise labor teams and ensure proper workforce coordination
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders on-site
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of proven experience in construction projects within the UAE
• Strong skills in site supervision and workforce management
• Good understanding of civil construction processes including foundation, structural, and finishing works
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English
