Description:
Fidelity Building Contracting LLC, a reputable UAE-based construction company, is currently hiring a Civil Engineer to join its growing team. The company specializes in civil construction, MEP works, interior fit-outs, and turnkey project solutions across residential, commercial, and retail sectors.
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing on-site construction activities, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining quality, safety, and timeline standards. This position is ideal for experienced engineers who are familiar with UAE construction practices and eager to contribute to high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the project site
• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Monitor project progress while ensuring quality and safety compliance
• Prepare site reports, material requests, and technical documentation
• Ensure all work is executed in line with approved drawings and standards
• Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges promptly
• Support project planning, inspections, and final handover activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required
• Minimum 3+ years of UAE construction experience preferred
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes and safety regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
• UAE Driving License is preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Construction site supervision and project execution
• UAE building regulations and safety standards
• AutoCAD drafting and technical drawing interpretation
• Project coordination and reporting systems
