Description:
Full Force Contracting is currently hiring an experienced Civil Engineer to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring smooth project execution, and coordinating with various teams to deliver high-quality construction outcomes.
Applicants should have strong technical knowledge of civil engineering practices, especially in site execution and project coordination within the UAE construction sector. Candidates with ADM registration and Arabic language skills will be given preference.
This role is suited for professionals who can independently manage site activities, maintain accurate reporting, and contribute effectively to project success in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities and construction work
• Ensure project execution follows approved designs and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams
• Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Resolve on-site technical issues efficiently
• Support project planning and execution processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Valid ADM Registration preferred
• UAE construction industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination
• Ability to manage site operations independently
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Arabic speaking is required
