Etlad Construction Co LLC is currently hiring experienced and dedicated Civil Engineers for immediate joining within the UAE construction sector. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong site execution knowledge and hands-on experience in civil engineering projects.
The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting construction activities, coordinating site operations, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects in compliance with engineering standards and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution activities
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and site staff for smooth operations
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and report updates to senior engineers and management
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of civil engineering tasks
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering support
• Ensure materials and resources are properly utilized on site
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders for project alignment
• Maintain site documentation and progress reports
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in civil engineering and construction projects
• Strong knowledge of site execution, coordination, and project supervision
• UAE construction experience will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Must be ready for immediate joining
• Preferred nationalities: Jordanian or Indian candidates
