Description:
Nabel General Contracting LLC is currently looking to hire a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for engineering professionals who possess strong technical knowledge, practical site experience, and the ability to manage construction-related activities within a fast-paced project environment.
The company is seeking candidates with relevant GCC or UAE experience who can contribute effectively to ongoing and upcoming construction projects while maintaining high engineering and safety standards.
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily civil engineering and construction activities on site
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and site records as required
• Review project plans, calculations, and engineering designs
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure proper utilization of construction resources
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and according to company standards
• Resolve technical and operational issues that may arise during project execution
• Maintain compliance with UAE construction regulations and company policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Relevant GCC/UAE experience is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of construction and civil engineering practices
• Ability to manage site operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with engineering standards, safety procedures, and project documentation
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Ability to work effectively in a professional construction environment
