- Own the annual budgeting, forecasting, IFRS reporting and Board reporting cycle, including consolidation across the hospital, nursing college and foundation entities, with rigorous treatment of donor and grant funds.
- Manage treasury functions, liquidity, banking relationships, borrowings and investments, while leading capital project evaluation, financing structures and service-line costing, pricing and profitability analysis.
- Oversee revenue cycle performance, payer contracting and receivables optimisation to protect cash flow and improve working capital outcomes.
- Provide executive leadership for enterprise technology, championing ERP optimisation, business intelligence, analytics, AI-enabled decision support and the integration of clinical and financial information systems, alongside strong cybersecurity governance.
- Lead financial governance, statutory compliance, tax risk management, fraud prevention and audit remediation, maintaining productive relationships with auditors, regulators, insurers, development partners and other key external stakeholders.
- Build a high-performing finance organisation by embedding succession planning, coaching, mentoring and continuous professional development, while fostering ethical leadership, accountability and innovation.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in healthcare finance, digital transformation, treasury management and Board-level reporting; familiarity with donor funding and multi-entity consolidation is highly valued.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a track record of using financial modelling, scenario planning and predictive analytics to guide major decisions.
- Proven enterprise performance management and corporate governance expertise, including risk oversight and audit committee support.
