Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- For vehicle-focused roles, support the maintenance and servicing of trucks and other heavy commercial vehicles.
- Help diagnose and address mechanical issues affecting refrigerated trucks and their operating readiness.
- For supervisory or management roles, coordinate day-to-day operations and guide team members in their work.
- Apply relevant experience from supermarket, retail, food service, or quick-service restaurant environments to the position’s operational requirements.
- For specialist roles, carry out duties using the technical knowledge required for the relevant function.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: heavy commercial vehicles, truck maintenance, supermarkets, quick-service restaurants, retail, or food service.
- Experience with trucks or heavy commercial vehicles; familiarity with refrigerated trucks is relevant for vehicle-maintenance roles.
- Strong operational and team-management experience for supervisory or management positions.
- Role-specific technical experience for specialised positions.
- Willingness to relocate to and work in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
- A valid passport.
