Job Title: Business Development Manager – Healthcare
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in a competitive healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and strategic partnerships, with a focus on healthcare sectors including hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and insurers.
- Achieve revenue and expansion targets through effective sales strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role.
- Three to five (3–5) years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the healthcare industry (hospitals, pharmaceutical, and insurance are an added advantage).
Desirable Competencies
- Proven track record of meeting sales or expansion targets.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, products, and services.
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially Health Management Information Systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
