Description:

XAD is currently looking to hire an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager specializing in Manpower Outsourcing services within the UAE. This role is ideal for a driven professional who possesses a strong corporate network, excellent client acquisition skills, and a solid background in recruitment and staffing solutions.

The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored manpower outsourcing solutions to corporate clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling high-level business discussions, identifying new market opportunities, and building long-term relationships with decision-makers in the HR and operations sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within manpower outsourcing and staffing solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research

• Present recruitment and outsourcing solutions tailored to client requirements

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization

• Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

• Prepare regular business development reports and performance updates for management

• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and ongoing deals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within recruitment, staffing, or manpower outsourcing industry

• Strong corporate network and client relationship management skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

• Strong understanding of HR solutions and manpower supply operations
