Description:

Kyoto Tech is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join its growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy building strong client relationships, and are eager to contribute to business growth through both field-based and office-based activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and promote the company’s products and services.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.

• Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and follow up to convert sales opportunities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer database.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare regular sales performance and activity reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve business goals.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel within the United Arab Emirates for client meetings and field sales activities.

• A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Business development strategies and field sales techniques.

    • Client relationship management, negotiation, and lead generation.

    • Microsoft Office, sales reporting, and market research.
