Business Development Assistant

Location: Baba Dogo, Roy Business Park, Nairobi

Salary: Gross Salary of KES 30,000 plus attractive performance-based bonuses.

About Us

Codirect Courier & Fulfillment Center is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Assistant to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales, building client relationships, and driving business growth, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new vendors to expand the company’s network.
  • Create engaging content to attract and recruit potential vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Assess and qualify vendor leads to identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor vendor performance and provide support to improve productivity and service delivery.
  • Track vendor activities and ensure compliance with company standards and expectations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or any other business-related course.
  • 1–2 years experience in sales and marketing.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ready to start immediately.
