Description:
Cinergie Digital is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with specialized expertise in Airline Operations to join a leading aviation project based in Dubai. This onsite opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience supporting airline operational systems, crew scheduling, and operations control.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, improve operational processes, and support Agile project delivery. Immediate or early joiners are highly preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prepare and evaluate RFI/RFP documentation for project requirements.
• Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and detailed process flow documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Agile project delivery.
• Identify process improvements through gap analysis and business process mapping.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience with backlog management and prioritization.
• Hands-on experience preparing and evaluating RFI/RFP documents.
• Experience creating test cases and supporting UAT activities.
• Mandatory experience in Airline Operations Control (AOC).
• Mandatory experience in Crew Scheduling and Planning.
• Strong understanding of airline operational systems and business processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Immediate or early joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Agile/Scrum Methodologies
• Jira, Confluence, and Business Process Documentation
• Process Mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE), Gap Analysis, Airline Operations Control, and Crew Scheduling
