Job Overview
The Business Analyst will serve as the critical link between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into practical, high-impact technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Assist in project planning, system testing, and implementation support.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited and recognized institution.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and documentation.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
