Dubai Euro Group is urgently seeking a skilled and proactive Building Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure the smooth functioning of building services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, maintenance, and operational efficiency while coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
This role requires hands-on experience in facility management and the ability to oversee technical systems, staff, and contractors effectively while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily building operations including maintenance, safety, and facility management activities
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Oversee and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams
• Liaise with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work
• Ensure compliance with UAE Municipality and Civil Defense regulations
• Monitor building safety standards and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Handle tenant coordination and resolve operational issues promptly
• Prepare basic reports and maintain operational records using computer systems
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in building operations or facilities management
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Experience managing maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with UAE Municipality and Civil Defense regulations
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
