Job Title: Brand Strategist & PR Lead

The Objective

The Brand Strategist & PR Lead serves as the primary architect of our corporate identity and the guardian of our public image. Your mission is to define how the market perceives our brand by developing high-level positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audience. Beyond strategy, you will spearhead our Public Relations efforts, building vital media connections and managing communication risks to ensure a resilient and prestigious market presence. This is a leadership role that requires a blend of creative storytelling, data-driven analysis, and strategic governance to drive long-term brand equity.

Key Accountability Areas

Identity Strategy & Brand Governance

  • Refine brand positioning and value propositions through comprehensive brand audits and SWOT analysis.

  • Develop and enforce strict brand guidelines to ensure consistency across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.

  • Review all brand content to ensure a unified tone, voice, and visual identity that aligns with corporate objectives.

  • Translate market research and competitor benchmarking into actionable strategies that increase visibility and growth.

Public Relations & Media Management

  • Design and implement integrated PR strategies that secure positive media coverage and stakeholder trust.

  • Act as the lead liaison for journalists, media houses, and influencers, fostering long-term professional relationships.

  • Draft and distribute high-impact press releases, official statements, and internal communications.

  • Monitor brand sentiment and proactively engage in reputation management to address communication risks.

Crisis Management & Creative Collaboration

  • Develop robust crisis communication frameworks to respond strategically to negative publicity.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce storytelling content and experiential brand campaigns.

  • Lead the planning and execution of brand-related events, activations, and internal alignment sessions.

  • Utilize analytics and consumer behavior data to refine messaging and stay ahead of market trends.

Candidate Specifications

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Administration.

  • Domain Expertise: Experience in branding, corporate communications, or PR at a strategic level.

  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in social media analytics, CMS platforms, and media monitoring tools.

  • Core Competency: Exceptional storytelling, editing, and verbal communication skills.
